1. Before you book
Please make sure all traveller details are correct and that you understand the quoted itinerary, baggage allowance, fare conditions, hotel basis and any restrictions. Ask us before payment if anything is unclear.
2. Confirmation and ticketing
A booking becomes confirmed when we or the relevant supplier issue written confirmation. Flight ticketing may be subject to a strict deadline. If payment or required passenger information is not received in time, the fare or space may be lost.
3. Passenger names
Passenger names must match passports or other travel documents. Airlines may not allow name changes after ticketing, and corrections may result in fees, fare differences or a new ticket.
4. Fares, taxes and fees
Published or quoted fares are subject to availability until confirmed. Your final confirmation will show the amount payable. Some optional services, such as baggage, seat selection or airport services, may be charged separately.
5. Baggage and special requests
Baggage allowances vary by airline, route and ticket type. Special meals, seats, wheelchairs and other requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier.
6. Changes after booking
If you request a change, we will check the applicable supplier rules. Any change may involve a fare difference, supplier charge and disclosed administration fee. Some tickets and hotel rates do not permit changes.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the fare or rate purchased and supplier rules. Some products are fully non-refundable. Where a refund is permitted, supplier deductions and administration charges may apply. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. No-shows and missed flights
If you miss a flight without notifying the airline, later sectors on the same ticket may be cancelled automatically. Contact us and the airline as soon as possible if you expect to miss a flight.
9. Schedule changes
Airlines may change flight times, numbers, routing or airports. We will pass on significant updates received by us, but travellers should independently reconfirm flight details before departure.
10. Hotels and accommodation
Hotel descriptions and facilities can change. Check-in rules, deposits, local taxes and cancellation conditions vary by property. Any destination or resort charges payable locally will be identified where known but can change.
11. Travel protection
Where a booking is arranged through an ATOL-protected organiser or another accredited partner, the relevant protection details should be shown on the booking documentation. Protection depends on the individual booking; do not assume that every standalone travel service carries the same protection.
12. Travel insurance
We recommend that travellers consider appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, baggage, disruption and other relevant risks. Check the policy wording carefully to ensure it suits your circumstances.
13. Passports, visas and health
It is each traveller's responsibility to meet passport, visa, transit, health and entry requirements. Requirements may differ based on nationality, residence, route and transit points.
